INTRODUCTION 

Kyle Malnati is a commercial real estate broker specializing in multifamily and investment sales. Kyle and his wife Courtney, are the proud parents of their daughter, Charlotte; and their twins, Amelia and Henry. They love life in Colorado and both graduated from metro-area high schools before attending the University of Wyoming. When Kyle is not at work, he loves spending time with his family and being active in various sports. Kyle plays men’s competitive lacrosse from the Spring to the Fall and competes in a triathlon once a year, and enjoys other various team sports like ice hockey and football. Kyle is also involved in several local charities. He was on the Board of Directors for Broker’s Benefiting Kids and has participated in charitable events for Hope Communities, the Joanne Ficke foundation, Bonfils Blood Centers, Youth Roots, A Precious Child, and Project Voyce. 

ANDREW FORESMAN –
BUSINESS MANAGER

INTRODUCTION 

Andrew Foresman is the Business Manager at Calibrate Real Estate and handles the marketing and business operations of the company. Andrew joined the Calibrate Real Estate team in late 2021 after working in the utilities and construction industry for over 15 years. With his extensive background in customer service, time management, leading crews, and understanding of city regulations and codes, Andrew brings a number of skills to the Calibrate Team.

PERSONAL 

Andrew lives in Englewood with his 2 dogs. He enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, mountain biking, camping, and skiing and taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer. Andrew also enjoys arts and crafts and spends a lot of his free time doing leather craft as a hobby. His Favorite place to be on the weekends is in Grand Lake enjoying the gorgeous views and catching fish.

Jeffrey GAGNE – Licensed Transaction Manager

INTRODUCTION 

Jeffrey Gagne is our newest Analyst at Calibrate Real Estate, handling research and analysis of investment properties, contracts, and assists in all aspects of Calibrate’s day to day operations.

He has over 5 years of Residential and Commercial Property Management experience working in Denver. Jeff earned his Real Estate license in 2018. He also previously managed two Homeowners associations and has passed his Mortgage Loan Origination testing

His extensive knowledge of real estate, operations, technology, marketing, and the greater Denver area markets contribute to the high level of service that Calibrate provides to all of it’s clients.

PERSONAL 

Jeff previously lived in Memphis, Shanghai, Milwaukee, Chicago, Nashville, and Orlando; he finally found his forever city after moving in Denver in 2014. Jeff and his Native Coloradan Girlfriend live in their home in the Lowry neighborhood of Denver and are two proud parents to their Cats, Felix and Edmund, with plans to add a Shiba Inu pup to the family in the near future. In his free time, Jeff produces music from his home studio, reads super dry non-fiction with the occasional Dune or Lord of the Rings books, loves going to shows, and camping in between. He is also a golf enthusiast, enjoying both traditional and Disc golf. Though better at one than the other, you will need to play him in both to find out.

sam bretz – associate broker

INTRODUCTION

Sam Bretz is a commercial real estate broker specializing in multifamily sales throughout the Denver Metro area. Before his move to brokerage, Sam was the Financial Analyst for Calibrate Real Estate and handled much of the research and analysis of investment properties, as well as growing sales production. He joined the Calibrate Real Estate team in 2018, after working in sales.

Sam is a lifelong Coloradan who you can find skiing all winter long, and hiking, camping, and golfing all summer.  He enjoys going to Denver’s various parks with his wife, Lauren, and taking in all the city has to offer.  When not outdoors, Sam loves going to the movies, and quotes them frequently. He attended the University of Colorado Boulder, and is still an avid fan of the Buffs.    

Zack Jenkins – ASSOCIATE BROKER

INTRODUCTION 

Zack Jenkins is a commercial real estate broker at Calibrate Real Estate, specializing in multifamily sales and office tenant representation. He is dedicated to the success of his clients and strives to be a valuable
resource by being versed on the current state of the markets in Denver.

Prior to working at Calibrate Real Estate, Zack spent 3+ years working for CBRE as a Project Manager,
where he was responsible for managing and delivering commercial interior projects from concept to close out. He worked closely with brokers to determine project budgets, preliminary schedules, potential risks, etc. to help aid in lease negotiations and get the most value for clients.

Zack is a transplant from Atlanta, GA who enjoys all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer. He can be seen hitting the ski slopes in the winter and fly fishing or golfing in the Summer. He enjoys traveling with his fiancé, Taylor, whether for weekend getaways or international travel. Zack attended the University of Colorado- Go Buffs!

INTRODUCTION 

Kayla joined the Calibrate Real Estate team in 2017, after working in the salon industry for over 10 years. Kayla was hired as the team’s Administrative Assistant, was soon after promoted to the Business Manager, and in 2021 was hired on as the Managing Broker. She transitioned to her current role as Associate Broker in late 2022 in order to focus on her clients and her growing business. With her extensive background in guest relations, time management, organization, and sales, Kayla brings a wealth of skills to all those who work with her.

ANA JEWETT – ASSOCIATE BROKER

INTRODUCTION

Ana is a residential REALTOR at Calibrate Real Estate and she is a valued leader within the organization. Ana earned her real estate license in 2017 and enjoys guiding her clients through the sale and purchase of their homes, from the listing phase all the way through the closing. She is dedicated to her clients and likes solving problems for her Sellers and Buyers. She loves navigating her clients on the journey of home ownership and helping them achieve the American Dream!

Ana was one of the founding members of Calibrate when the brokerage firm was established in 2016. She got her start in real estate in 2014, working with Kyle Malnati and Greg Johnson as their Administrative Assistant at Madison Commercial Properties. Throughout the five years working with Kyle and Greg as a staff member, she was promoted from Administrative Assistant to Transaction Coordinator in 2015 and from Senior Transaction Coordinator to Sales Manager in 2018. In 2019, Ana transitioned from her role as the Sales Manager at Calibrate into a full-time residential REALTOR and she is excited to represent more clients in the sale and purchase of their homes.

INTRODUCTION

Matt Peterson is a Broker that focuses on residential leasing. Matt serves as an internim between Owners and sourcing great long term tenants. Prior to joining Calibrate, he worked at Zephyr Real Estate Services where he leases everything from small one bedrooms to large luxury homes. Matt’s main focus is Central Denver, but does work throughout the Metro Area.

The two are parents to a sweet chocolate lab and a fluffy short husky. Jake is very passionate about Detroit and Denver sports, exploring and enjoying the mountains, and spending time with his friends and family.

Alex Nigh is a commercial real estate broker at Calibrate Real Estate specializing in multifamily and residential house hacking throughout the Denver Metro area. He is passionate about financial independence, investing and self-improvement. Before his move into real estate, he was a computer engineer for an aerospace and defense contractor. He leverages his engineering background and approaches deals with an analytical eye and a focus on the numbers.

Vriti Nirmal – ASSOCIATE BROKER

INTRODUCTION 

Vriti is currently a commercial real estate agent fousing on multifamily properties. Prior to joining Calibrate in 2023, she started as an investor in Single Family homes, and was also a HGTV featured designer. Expanding her reach, Vriti and her husband own multifamily properties in the Colorado area and looking to invest further in the real estate market. Being an investor herself she understands her clients needs and is keen on helping them navigate the commercial real estate space. Vriti’s long term goal is to to leave a legacy for her children
